EXHIBITION DATES: March 2 through March 31st

PRE-REGISTRATION: Entries must be pre-registered by Wednesday February 22nd. Entries not pre-registered will not be accepted.

RECEIVING: Friday March 2nd 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM

ENTRY FEE: $20 for one work only.
DUES MUST BE PAID FOR ELIGIBILITY

ELIGIBILITY: Original Work in Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor, Graphics, Pastel, Sculpture and Mixed Media. No Nudes-Tasteful work, considering that children will be viewing artwork. No collage. No computer generated artwork. No copies of artwork or professional photographs. No classwork. Work previously shown in other ALNC exhibits is ineleigible. Frammed entries must be sturdily framed, wired and ready for hanging.

No saw-tooth hangers.

Maximum size cannot exceed 30" in any direction, including frame. Sculpture must fit in showcase. Cae is 6 ft high and 3 feet wide. Shelves are 12" deep and 18" in height.

PRICING: Work may be priced for sale or NFS. No PORs.

VIEWING HOURS: Call Library to find out if programs are in session in the community room.

Call first to see if the Library will have programs in session.

JUDGE: Marc Josloff, artist and teacher at the National Art League

AWARDS/RECEPTION: Awards will be presented at the reception, Saturday March 3rd fro 2PM to 4PM.

REMOVAL: Saturday March 31st from 10 am to noon.

LIABILITY: Neither the Locust Valley Library nor the ALNC will be held liable in the event of loss or damage to the artwork on exhibit, however caused.
