PRE-REGISTRATION: Entries must be pre-registered by Monday October 19th

RECEIVING: Monday, Nov. 2nd 10 AM to 12 noon

ENTRY FEE: $20 for one work only.
DUES MUST BE PAID FOR ELIGIBILITY

ELIGIBILITY: Original Work in Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor, Graphics, Pastel, Sculpture and Mixed Media. No Nudes-Tasteful work, considering that children will be viewing artwork. No collage. No copies of artwork or professional photographs. No classwork. Work previously shown in other ALNC exhibits is ineleigible. Frammed entries must be sturdily framed, wired and ready for hanging. Size: 36” maximum in any direction, including frame.Sculpture must be able to be handled by one person and must be placed securely on the pedestal. Work not meeting these requirements will not be accepted.

PRICING: Work may be priced for sale or NFS. No PORs. The Post library Assn. receives a 20% tax deductable donation on works sold. The fee is payable by a separate check to the Post Library Assn. at time of purchase.

VIEWING HOURS: Tuesday through Saturday 2 to 5 PM

JUDGE: David Pena, artist, teacher and demonstrator

AWARDS/RECEPTION: Awards will be presented at the reception, November 7th 2 to 4 PM at the Library.

REMOVAL: Monday November 30th 10 AM to 12 noon.

CHAIRPERSONS: Mary-Beth Eggers and Nancy Wernersbach

LIABILITY: Neither the Locust Valley Library nor the ALNC will be held liable in the event of loss or damage to the artwork on exhibit, however caused.
