BIOGRAPHY

Joan Ryan believes that the expression of feelings is the main objective of the artist. She won numerous awards, exhibiting in the metropolitan area, including: Washington Square Park; Salmgundi Club; Lever House; Queens Botanical Garden; Cork; Cheung-Chung, Malette, Hutchins, Phoenix Galleries; Nassau County Museum of Fine Arts; Guild Hall; East End Arts; and Chelsea House. Her preferred media is watercolors.
